Oft-Never Prepared

I am almost useless, publicly.  You could tell, that in another week, … nothing.  I had prepared something, but it is too controversial in its current form.  And that’s if I hadn’t already come off as a “right-winger.”

Things have changed, and now I have to pick up and work.  Well, I have been working through Christmas, but not on English writing— programming.

Anyway I will tell you why I knew with a certainty that we weren’t “all going to die at the end of the (circular) Mayan calendar,” or around it (give or take, since we’re talking 3-5,000 years of “celestial” prediction):

That symbol of “Fire” for the end of the era means ‘enlightenment.’  And you don’t get enlightenment when everyone’s dead.
